Terms for using VidTransfer.

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Ebiz Inc. concerning VidTransfer. By visiting the service, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing Premium, or using a download feature, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use VidTransfer for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

The VidTransfer service

VidTransfer checks supported public video links and, when technically available, processes compatible non-DRM formats into temporary MP4 downloads. Supported platforms, formats, resolutions, processing time, and availability may change as source platforms change.

VidTransfer does not promise that a particular link, platform, resolution, or file will be available. Private, login-only, live, deleted, geographically restricted, DRM-protected, or otherwise unsupported material may be rejected.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, maintain control of your email address, and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.

Notify support@vidtransfer.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, share, or transfer an account or use another person’s account without authorization.

Content, ownership, and permissions

You may download only content that you own or have permission or another lawful right to save. A public link does not itself grant copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, contractual, or reuse rights.

You are responsible for the submitted URL, the requested download, and every later use of the file. You must comply with applicable law, the source platform’s terms, and licenses or permissions governing the content. VidTransfer does not acquire ownership of the source content merely because a link is processed.

Prohibited use

You may not use VidTransfer to:

• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• access private, password-protected, subscriber-only, login-only, or DRM-protected material;
• bypass technical restrictions, authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
• introduce malware, attack the service, scrape abusively, or interfere with other customers;
• evade usage, file-size, payment, or account restrictions;
• resell or commercially provide access to VidTransfer without written permission; or
• use a downloaded file or the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.

Trial, subscription, and payment

By starting the trial or purchasing Premium, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring fees and applicable taxes. The checkout page displays the price, interval, and trial terms before enrollment. Additional details appear in the Subscription Terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel online through Dashboard → Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Deleting an application, abandoning the account, or not using VidTransfer does not cancel a subscription.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory rights under applicable law.

Usage limits and temporary files

Premium currently includes a fair-use limit of 25 download jobs per day. We may apply file-size, concurrency, rate, retention, and abuse-prevention limits reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Completed files are stored temporarily and normally expire after 24 hours. You must download and securely keep your own copy before expiration. Signed links are temporary; anyone who receives an active link may be able to use it.

Third-party services

VidTransfer depends on source platforms and service providers for payments, hosting, email, databases, queues, storage, and processing. Their availability and terms may affect the service. VidTransfer is not affiliated with or endorsed by supported video platforms unless expressly stated.

Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy practices. VidTransfer does not store full payment card numbers.

Copyright complaints

We respond to sufficiently detailed copyright complaints and may restrict access, preserve records, suspend processing, or terminate accounts when appropriate. Notice and counter-notice requirements are explained in the Copyright Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, security risks, legal requests, repeated infringement, abusive automation, harm to the service, or material violations of these Terms.

You may stop using VidTransfer at any time. Cancel Premium before closing the account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidTransfer is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free processing, compatibility with every link, permanent file availability, or that a source platform will continue exposing a compatible format.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ebiz Inc. and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or unauthorized use of downloaded material. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

General terms and contact

These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning VidTransfer. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Ebiz Inc. may assign them as part of a merger, financing, sale, or restructuring.

Georgia law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in Georgia will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect service, legal, security, or business changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when required.
