Eligible new customers pay $0.00 for the first 24 hours. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe charges $9.99 USD when the trial expires and every seven days after that until cancellation.
Is a payment method required for the trial?
Yes. A payment method is collected securely in Stripe Checkout when you start the trial.
How do I cancel?
Open Dashboard → Billing and use the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally keeps access available until the end of the current trial or paid billing period.
Does Premium guarantee every video will download?
No. Availability depends on the source platform and the specific link. Private, login-only, live, deleted, DRM-protected, and unsupported videos cannot be processed.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy. Duplicate or incorrect charges, charges after a confirmed timely cancellation, certain material technical failures, and refunds required by law may qualify.
