Save the original export before posting a Reel. Include captions, project files, and a note about music or other licensed assets in the same project folder.
An account export can be useful, but it may not replace the untouched original. Ask collaborators for explicit reuse permission.
A practical checklist
- Confirm you own the video or have explicit permission to save it.
- Use an official export or creator-enabled download when one is available.
- Choose the source quality that fits your storage and editing needs.
- Keep a record of where the file came from and when you saved it.
VidTransfer only processes a download when an authorized file is available. Recognizing a link is not the same as granting access to its media.
